In show #6 we had some killer cartoons! We played a vintage classic by Max Fleischer called The Herring Murder Case involving a clown named Bimbo,a canine detective, and a singing herring. Hmmm…interesting lil toon.
We also were very happy to hi light the newest edition of Welcome To Creepyville by Rich Gurnsey, once again. We had the first live broadcast of Episode #4,the newest edition of WTC! Such a funny, strange, and creative toon.We get to meet “Gabby” in this one and see what all the obsessing is about!!
Salad fingers by animator David Firth, was the third cartoon hi lighted on the show! I was thrilled that David let us broadcast this one. Salad Fingers is such a creative cerebral and grim cartoon! We love that at the Spooky DeMenseia Show! Personally,I’d like for Salad Fingers to be my new friend. I’m sure Spooky will be manifesting a little green pretend friend soon,I can just feel it!!
Hey all you SpookyFriends! Please welcome Nina Fowler and Christopher Cheng to our Spooky Family! Nina and Chris were in Episode #5 as “The Scaries” and in #6 as “Zombees”! Pulled from DeMenseialand by Zombee Wombee ,for a zombee audition on Zombee Idol. You see,we need three zombees for episode #7.We have guest Gary Ugareck, director of Deadlands:Trapped! We want to make sure he feels right at home, when he visits the show! Guest Judge Simon Howell ( played by Jarred Marhaben) helped out on the judging, and unfortunately met his demise after being attacked by our fast moving zombie contestant. Oh well!
Nina and Chris have become permanent cast members. In the next few episodes,we will be unveiling their new characters!!!
We hope to see you on Sept 10th for Episode #7 with guest Gary Ugareck!!
Remember kids be safe and stayyyyy SpOOOOky!

To say the least, these two shows were eventful and had some firsts for the Spooky D. Show.
For the first time,we broadcast two live shows, back to back!
We unveiled a new cartoon by artist Rich Gurnsey, called Welcome To Creepyville. This cartoon was a perfect match for the show. It’s subtle, creepy, off beat, humor was a spooky surprise for the audience. The kooky characters in WTC reflect the parody of lifes’ different and odd personalities, that we find in every neighborhood. One example is the single, creepy, middle aged male that has an affection for cats and Oolong Tea.He spends most of his days with Reginald, his kitty, planning dinner parties and new outfits for Reginald. They also enjoy cooking together and relaxing in front of the TV,to the soothing white noise of “snow”after all,who needs reception really? You’d have to let the cable guy inside the house to get a picture! Reginald and his partner say no thank to that one! They wouldn’t like that very much, a stranger, snooping around in all of their personal business! EGADS!! ….”It’s ok guys,we understand…..”
On show #5, we broadcast for the first time, three of Rich Gurnseys’ WTC,episodes. Normally we show vintage cartoons and classic television, but this “gem” was just too special not to share” wif all me SpookyFriends!”
We also introduced a new character “EEK.” EEK is a pesky little Gremlin. If something goes wrong on the show or with the broadcast, you can bet that he has something to do with it!! This miscievous little blue faced guy, nearly took down the set as making his entrance for the first time on the show! What a memorable introduction! Our first “BLOOPER” for show as well…..and what a “great” one it was. You can view it on my youtube channel, btw! Couldn’t resist putting that one up! Can’t wait to see what happens next show!!!!! Yikes!!
We hope everyone will join us on Aug. 13th at 8:30 pm for episode #6. To view the live broadcast, just go to spookyd.com !
See you in the DeMenseia Wheel kiddies!!

Alo boys and ghouls and what matter of beast ye claim identity!

Our second SpookyD show was a great success! Thanks to all of the support from a dedicated crew, fans, and new guests!
In our second show,we introduced two new characters,Zombee Wombee, played by Patrick Strange and Skele-Zombee brought to you by Dharmesh Tailor. Look for them both in their upcoming psychological, thriller film THE POLITE MR.TAILOR, currently in production. The concept of the movie, is one that will have you questioning your own morals and asking yourself “did that just happen?” ….you’ll see….I can’t give it away…more on that in the next coming blogs.
Anywho, they were hilarious in the skit, on the 2nd Spooky Demenseia show. Both actors(who also have their own production company) played slow moving, hybrid, spooky zombees. It’s spelled ZOMBEE because they were discovered habitating in an unexplored region of Demenseia Land . They are therefore, a different type of “Zombie” than you are used to traditionally seeing. I will go into their unique characteristics in future blogs,as I am still discovering new traits they exhibit,on a daily basis. they continue to astound me. So,hold onto your “big” little, pumpkin heads kiddies, because zombees just may take a fancy to eating them. They are ravenous indeed!
We hope to see you all next show on June 11th where we will have more silly skits and surprises!!! Look for future live shows this summer, where we will be taking live phone calls and giving out prizes to lucky callers!!! A spooky PRIZE handpicked by me,from the Demenseia Chest!…no not that chest……
Thanks again all you spooky boys and ghouls!!
XOXO SpOokyD xxxxx
